K9 Valley Ranch offers dog boarding and training services, including board & train programs, private lessons, and related dog care services. All services are subject to evaluation and availability.
All bookings are processed through our booking platform (Gingr) or in person. Prices, payment terms, and cancellation policies are detailed in individual service contracts. Payment is due as outlined in each agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their dog’s health, behavior, and vaccination status. K9 Valley Ranch reserves the right to deny service if a dog poses a health or safety risk.
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and media, is the property of K9 Valley Ranch and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Training results vary by dog. While we aim for success, no guarantee of outcome is expressed or implied. K9 Valley Ranch is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of training tools or techniques after the program ends.
K9 Valley Ranch may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations prior to boarding.
Our facility provides all essential items for your dog’s stay. Limited personal belongings may be brought, however K9 Valley Ranch is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
If food is not provided by the owner, a $3 per day feeding fee will apply and includes two meals per day.
All boarding stays require full payment in advance.
Cancellations require advance notice in accordance with your booking agreement.
All dogs must be in good health. K9 Valley Ranch reserves the right to decline service if a dog poses a safety or health risk.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
If cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance, 50% of the deposit (25% of total cost) will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Remaining balance is due at drop-off.
Owner participation in scheduled lessons is required to ensure successful transition home.
Any equipment used during training (such as collars) will be provided at pickup.
All private training sessions must be paid in advance.
Cancellations require 72 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
Training is customized for each dog; however, long-term success depends on owner consistency and follow-through.
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, K9 Valley Ranch reserves the right to seek veterinary care for your dog.
Owners are responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.
All dogs must be physically and behaviorally suitable for the services provided. For safety reasons, we may decline or discontinue services if necessary.
Holiday reservations may be subject to peak rates and limited availability.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

We may collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and information about your dog when you contact us, submit forms, or book services.
