Yes. Every new dog begins with a meet-and-greet at our facility so we can get to know them, understand their needs, and ensure a safe and successful experience.


Yes. Every dog starts with a meet-and-greet session where we assess their personality and comfort level. We work with anxious or reactive dogs regularly, and we adjust their program to make sure they feel safe and supported throughout.


Yes. We welcome intact male and female dogs for both boarding and training.
If a female comes into heat during her stay, she’ll be safely separated and the owner will be asked to pick her up for the safety of both her and the other dogs in the facility.

We require proof of current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines before we confirm your booking. This ensures a safe environment for all dogs at our facility.


Yes. We have two large play yards where friendly dogs enjoy supervised group play. Dogs who are reactive to other dogs will receive one-on-one playtime with our staff instead. Most of our kennels also include private yards for individual outdoor access.


Yes, but only when appropriate and with your full consent. We use balanced training methods and introduce tools only when they support your dog’s progress in a thoughtful and safe way.


Please pack your dog’s regular food for their entire stay. If needed, we can provide high-quality food for an additional fee details are in our policy.
We also ask that you bring a collar and leash. You’re welcome to include a favorite toy for comfort, but please note that we can’t guarantee its return.
If your dog requires medication or supplements, let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.


Yes. Owners attend weekly sessions during our board & train programs so you can stay involved and learn alongside your dog.
