At K9 Valley Ranch, all dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations before staying with us. Our boarding facility in Ridgeville, near Summerville, SC, provides all essentials, and owners may bring limited personal belongings as outlined in our guidelines. Cancellations require advance notice.

Private training at K9 Valley Ranch must be paid in advance. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice, and cancellations require 72 hours’ notice for a refund. Training is tailored to each dog’s needs, but consistency from owners is key to long-term success.

Our board & train programs at K9 Valley Ranch require a deposit to secure your spot. Owner participation in scheduled lessons is mandatory to ensure results transfer home. Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice for partial refund of the deposit. All equipment used during training (such as collars) will be provided at pickup.

Holiday reservations fill quickly and may be subject to peak rates. Please book early to secure your spot.

In the event of illness or emergency, K9 Valley Ranch reserves the right to seek veterinary care for your dog. Owners are responsible for any associated costs.

We provide all essentials for your dog’s stay. Limited personal belongings may be brought, but K9 Valley Ranch is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

All dogs must be in good health and current on vaccinations. K9 Valley Ranch reserves the right to decline service if a dog poses a health or safety risk.
